Hostkeep
Roadmap

What we're building toward.

Hostkeep works today in a private beta. Next comes more control for you, easier ways to connect, and a simpler setup.

More control: human approval

Approve changes and tasks before they run, from a local page or your phone. Each client gets its own access key, so one client's assistant can never use another client's access.

Easier connections: web assistants

OAuth sign-in, so web assistants such as claude.ai and ChatGPT can connect to your machines. Today, assistants that connect with an access token, such as command-line coding agents, already work. A tested compatibility list ships with this release.

Simpler setup: one-click install

A guided installer, a setup page, built-in diagnostic checks and signed releases. Until then, we set Hostkeep up with each team personally.

Everyday use: a small-team pilot

A pilot with three to five teams, measuring time saved and how many remote desktop sessions it replaces. If you run Windows workloads and want to be one of them, get in touch. Nonprofits and climate groups use Hostkeep free.

Known gaps until then

Unfinished protections are listed openly on the security page, each with its planned fix. Until a gap is closed, don't rely on the protection it names.
